I love aroma therapy too! Now you got me searching! ;)

So far I have found that

Vanilla

Peppermint

Green Apple

Orange

Melon (watermelon?)

Banana

help for weight loss.

Apparently Banana and Peppermint help with carb cravings.

I'll post any more as I find them :)

Thanks so much! I have been worried that food smelling ones may make me

hungry! I could really see peppermint helping though!

I came across this shower gel yesterday that supposidly curbs your

carb cravings. If you wanna check it out, go to

http://www.drugstore.com and type in " Not Soap, Radio Bath & Shower

Gel, Bubbles Not Carbs " in the search thingy. " Not Soap, Radio " is

the brand name, and yes it is a weird name. It's not exactly cheap

but I just saw it yesterday so I thought I'd share.
