-Geez it sounds so good but I am concerned about the sugar. One

could use sugar free KOOL AID but then you are not getting away from

the Aspertame.

*Just found a package in my cupboard(lord knows how long its been

there cuz my kids haven't drank KOOL AID in years!) ingredients in

order are: citric acid, natural and artif.flavors, sugar,

t.phosphate, salt & coloring..It's pretty sweet!!

---Yes I realize this but I like most things, SUGAR seems to

be in EVERYTHING! While the package I am looking at doesnot tell us

how much sugar is in it. it does say its in there..This would be a

no no as a beverage for us diabetics even though it may be a very

small quantity.. Just wanted to point that out to those who need to

know...
