You should have more energy by thattime. Kris, I agree with Ann -- give it some time. I'm beginning my fourth week, and I noticed yesterday and today my higher level of energy. I'm a bit surprised about it -- usually, I'm done for by evening, but the last few evenings, I've still been going strong. I love it!!! Guest guest Posted June 26, 2004 Report Share Posted June 26, 2004 My alltime low was day 3 - could barely get out of bed, nauseous (spelling?, weak.
