Guest guest
When you choose mayonnaise, just be sure it has less than 3g of sugar per serving. Some people eat low-fat, some people do not. (some of the Lite mayos have lots of sugar in them) I use regular Hellman's mayo. And, mayo is fine for Phase 1. So glad to hear SBD is going well for you! hello from a newbie > Hi! Guest guest
The mayo currently in my fridge -- Hellman's Light -- doesn't say anything about sugar, but says it has 1g of carbs per tablespoon. Is that what you mean? Susa > When you choose mayonnaise, just be sure it has less than 3g of sugar > per serving. Some people eat low-fat, some people do not. Guest guest
My Hellman's Original lists sugars... I think 1g. So, if your Hellman's Light does not list it, it must not have any sugar worth mentioning! In that case, it is fine! Guest guest
Susa, I used the Blue Labeled Hellmans mayo. I also used a DAB instead of the glop that I would usually use. Robyn > Hi! Guest guest
That's the one I have, too. <<giggles>> " a DAB instead of a GLOP " is going to resonate into the future! Thanks, Susa > Susa, > I used the Blue Labeled Hellmans mayo. > I also used a DAB instead of the glop that I would usually use. > > Robyn > > > > > > > Hi!
