Guest guest
All things listed by " tissueissues " plus: hummus light soy milk Silk soy creamer tofu (refular and low fat) reduced-fat cheeses almond butter nuts (they have " 50% less salt " nuts) simmering sauces salad dressings olive oil vinegars multi-grain & whole wheat breads whole wheat pasta frozen veggies (I normally only eat fresh veggies, but TJ's actually taste good and are easy in a crunch!) tofutti fat-free, no added sugar frozen fudge treats frozen, cooked organic brown rice (microwaves in 3 minutes) I went to TJ's last night and by the time I was done shopping it was 9PM. I didn't feel like going home, putting away the perishables and then heading out to the regular supermarket. As I was putting everything away, I realized that I purchased almost everything I needed at TJ's. I maay go to Target for ziplock bags, cat food, etc. rather than the regular supermarket tonight. --Laurie > > Could some of you write what you do get at TJ's that is SBfriendly. > ================== > Nuts > Kashi cereal > Steel cut oats > Non-fat plain yogurt > Non-fat cottage cheese > Non-fat sour cream > Margerine without transfatty acids > Non-Fat milk > peanut butter > fish > produce > whole wheat tortillas > whole wheat pita bread > wine <g> > King Arthur whole wheat flour > vitamins > fish > chicken > cheese > fat free refried beans > canned tomatoes > brown basmati rice
Guest guest
Trader Joe's wine: Shaw aka Two Buck Chuck is the best!!!!! $1.99 a bottle. Two whites and two reds to chose from. For some reason the Two Buck Chuck costs three bucks in Massachusetts. Still a really great deal. Jackie
