It's a huge challenge for me to drink water, I always feel empty

after I drink it. Like right now, it's only 10am and the water is

NOT filling me up. I've already had my snack and there is 2 more

hours 'til lunch. I don't know what I'm going to do!

you take a glass of water with each meal/snack, one first thing in

the morning and one before bed. Perfect!!

Have a cup of decaf tea or coffee.

Every time DH asked me for an extra snack,,,,,more like, " what can I

eat " ,? ( pathetic look on face), I've boiled the kettle for him.

Eat another snack. You don't have to be hungry on this diet.

Jen,

If you're hungry, just eat something from the foods to enjoy list. I would

suggest a cheese stick, beef jerky or a piece of turkey breast.
