Guest guest
And I, she said cringing, have 120 pounds to lose. I have lost 50 already, but would love to get down to my fighting weight, LOL, only problem is I would have about a mile of excess skin, not a great site. Short of surgery to remove the skin, any suggestions for this soon to be "60" lady? I guess it would be long sleeve shirts, turtlenecks and long pants at all times...Kel Re[2]: Newbie with questions! Guest guest
Take Flax seed oil caps and cod liver oil....pamper your skin...massage (do it yourself) and moisturize. That's the best any of us can do, short of surgery. Kellie ----- Original Message ----- From: Kel And I, she said cringing, have 120 pounds to lose. Guest guest
I’m in my 60’s. I have found weight training helps. But short of surgery I think you are in for lots of saggy skin. If you can afford it, I’d sure get the skin tucks – it could be a real reward for losing all the weight! Darlene And I, she said cringing, have 120 pounds to lose.
