Guest guest
Hi , Apart from romaine lettuce there are bacon bits and parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. This is the small $.99 cent salad. I don't use the croutons. I know it says no bacon but I figued this little bit shouldn't hurt too much. Am I wrong? So far I've lost about 14lbs in 12 days. Thanks and best, Andy Keeney ================================================================ > Andy, > > Ingredients are more important than the nutrition label. Guest guest
The little bits of bacon bit prolly won't hurt, but what about the dressing. Does it have more than 3 g of sugar? Or does it have any evil transfats - hydrogenated or partially hydrogenated oils? Guest guest
I would say it would be ok, then. Enjoy it!
