Guest guest
-It is in the refrigerated section in a clear plastic container. It holds 750 grams and was about 4-5 dollars. If anyone else has any good SB friendly products from Costco, please let us know. Guest guest
Hey, that's my Batchelor Three Bean salad recipe! (except I use olive oil, wine vinegar, chopped garlic, chopped red onions, bit of cumin and a dash of hot sauce :-) I used to put in corn niblets but.... I drain the beans - removes extra unneeded salt and gives a stronger " pickle " . It keeps at least 2 weeks in the fridge. And you're right, it IS a good way to add beans to your diet. I often mix 'n match - romano, white kidney, lima, whatever. Actually I've been meaning to post this recipe for weeks. > I found a really nice bean salad at Costco. Guest guest
---I always buy my Canadian back bacon at COSTCO(the lean stuff with the cornmeal/peameal coating) I have been pricing it out at various grocery stores here and COSTCO is by far the cheapest for the large size you can get.
