Guest guest
Could someone in the know please post a reply to this query? I'm not holding my breath that I can have this but it sure would be a nice treat. Seem to be in the mood for something " greasy " (and this would do it no doubt!)Is this normal?? LOL KFC chicken without the skin?? Is that okay? I thought the fact that it's immersed in hot cooking oil and deep fried would make it a no no??? Real curious about that cuz I'd like to eat that once in awhile (though the best part of it is the crunchy skin)!! which is definitely a no no..unfortunately.... Guest guest
Hi Deanne, I believe that it is a no-no, however, I have been known to take the crunchy skin off of Popeye's chicken. I would say, once in a blue moon won't kill you, but SBD friendly, probably not. Guest guest
--Yes I think you are right so I am not disappointed to hear it from someone else..amazingly the craving for something fried or greasy passed quickly. I just ate a chef salad and a big bowl of jello and before you know it, it was gone......thankfully!! - In South-Beach-Diet-Getting-It-Right , " leslie " <lesliemm@m...> wrote: > Hi Deanne, > I believe that it is a no-no, however, I have been known to take the crunchy skin off of Popeye's chicken.
