Guest guest Posted October 17, 2004 Report Share Posted October 17, 2004 Had a wonderful time at the funday in Pleasanton, All the hard work Melody and her chapter did was well worth it, the room was decorated and all kinds of gift bags and flowers, and the raffle baskets were fantastic. I did get the garden one and didn't realize how much stuff was in it till I got home, it was loaded and sure the other ones were too. I know Grace won the paper one and she had a lot of stuff too. And Kay was so surprised to get her "this is your life book" and all the wonderful things we said to her, she is a great coordinator and glad she is from our area. The food was great and the day was just packed with fun. It was an enjoyable day and was tired when I finally got home but was glad to see the girls from down in that area. It was dark when I left in the morning and was dark when I got home. I did sleep good last night tho, and I bet Melody and Betty did also. Again thanks Melody for such a great day. I forgot to mention that I also met Sandy and Levona from the Pleasanton group. They are also Texas Tops Loopies!!! It is just great putting faces with names.
