I found this program a couple or three years ago... it's done a really good job helping me to track myself with temps and moods and such... it's laid out really nice, I think... and it's passworded so that you don't have to worry about anybody snooping through your data. There is a freeware version, the one that I've been using... and two really fancy paid versions, one specific for Fibromyalgia.

I've just uploaded the freeware version to our files section of the group home page.....

it does a lot more stuff... but it also costs to register.. the demo is good for 10 entries.. then you'd have to pay.
