Guest guest
Mercury thermometers were pulled off that market.. they are getting REALLY hard to find... I've heard that the basals used for ovulation prediction are accurate enough for what we need... That's the kind I have. The indicator for low battery isn't on, but it's just so inaccurate. Maybe I'll try replacing the battery anyways. For the breathing.... It's supposed to do a LOT of good to lay on your back and put your hands on your stomach so that you can feel it I figure it can't hurt...... I know I feel better... more 'awake' like when you're out in fresh air or something.. hard to describe..... I'm with you.. it certainly won't hurt will it! Bandaging helps a lot too... I know she has some sort of bandages from PT she uses. She has problems with her entire body. Your sister might want to join the LLLymphedema group.. those guys are great over there... they helped me a LOT!!!! http://groups.yahoo.com/group/LLLymphedema2 I appreciate that, and I will definitely tell her to check it out. Guest guest
Hi , Did anyone ask you about any adrenal tests or have you had any? I gather that you had a beautiful baby back in December? Am I correct? Was this full term? Was the baby around 8 lbs? Heavier, lighter? premature? postmature?(stayed in longer than the 9 months) Has anyone asked you about your levels of Iron (Ferritan(sp?)) in your system? Are you taking vitamins to help rebuild your body after carring your baby for those 9 months? Any minerals like calcium, magnesium, magnanese, zinc, iron, etc.? I think I missed it, did you tell us how much of what medicine you are taking? (1 grain of what? ~ Armour or Synthroid or Levoxyl, HBP, Metformin?) What is your hair on your head like? Is it dry, brittle, is it falling out more than normal? Have you lost or gained more hair in other places? Like on your chin or legs or arms or ? How is your skin? Dry, cracking, oilier, more facial acne, body acne? How are your nails? Do you have any growth lines running from the cuticle to the ends? Or from side to side? Any weird body odors? How long is PostPartum symptoms considered for most women? I know, these are weird questions, however it is with this information that some of us might be able to add our own experiences to help you figure out what is going on with your body. Good Luck!
