Guest guest Posted October 5, 2004 Report Posted October 5, 2004 I admit that I get to be a mother hen at times... I dread anyone going through what I have in the past... I'm a bit embarrassed that I misunderstood... and I'm glad that you understand that I mean well.... ..... I think your Free's are still a bit low though... but well... I'm trying to be quiet.... ..... foot in mouth disease and all.... *blush* Topper () On Tue, 05 Oct 2004 21:45:39 -0000 "a_val1974" writes: My resting heart rate is between 68 and 72. I am actually not hyper at this pt (test results show frees being just below mid range) and was confused about why I was overheating without being hyper. My heart rate goes high without me being out of breath or anything but I still over heat (another thing that confuses me). And these days I am more lethargic than not. All in all I feel more hypo than hyper! Yes I am a lot more careful with my activity levels these days (If I dont feel like working out, I do not force myself to). I am a bit frustrated that I need to curtail the activity levels though. :)thanks for your reply (and concern) and your suggestion is taken under consideration .take care,Aarathy. Quote
