I'm a bit embarrassed that I misunderstood... and I'm glad that you understand that I mean well.... ..... I think your Free's are still a bit low though... but well... All in all I feel more hypo than hyper! Yes I am a lot more careful with my activity levels these days (If I dont feel like working out, I do not force myself to).
