exercise and adrenal treatment

I just thought about this today. During this week, while I'm taking isocort, and not on my Armour, is it OK for me to do my regular exercise each day? Is that an added stressor that will make the treatment less effective? If I should skip it, at what point could I begin again?

Generally, when I'm really doing what I should, I do 55 minutes on the

treadmill at a level 7-8 intensity level, which for me means 15-20 minutes

walking at 4.4 mph, then running the rest in 10-15 minutes increments at

4.7-4.8 mph. However, lately exercising that way does leave me totally

fatigued for the rest of the day.... can't stay awake. This morning I only

did 45 min, and just walked at 4.3 mph. Still got sweaty, but don't feel

wiped out from it now at lunch time.

That's interesting. I took my adrenals about an hour before exercise this

morning, but will take them closer tomorrow. 7.5 is what I took. I

appreciate all this information!! I'm trying to wrap my mind around it all

as I keep learning more things.
