It could be Darrin.... let us know what the labs show tomorrow.... how are you feeling? Noticed if you've been 'slowing down'?

I went to the doc today and he told me my pulse was low (64) and myblood pressure was lower than normal (and it's normally low). I can'tremember exactly - 96 and 62 or something. Does this mean I'm gettingmore hypo? I am going for TSH, free T4 and free T3 tests tomorrow.Darrin

Thanks Topper-. You're such a sweet person. Anyway, I've been

slow for a long time. I used to exercise every day, and now my lack

of muscle tone is really getting me down. I know from your other

letters that you can probably relate to that. I am going to start

exercising lighltly after Hurrican Frnces blows over. Right now we're

getting ready to evacuate. Hope you have a great holiday weekend. Darrin

Just a thought.. start out with some stretching.... if you've been pretty physically quiet for a while and looking at building up muscle and such... slow stretches to get the body used to movement and just how much it can do is a great way to start.... And it will really cut done on a lot of pain/injury by involving entire muscles and ranges instead of isolated parts of the muscles...

The Olympics are over !!! HURRRAAYYYY!!! the house is back to normal... the last two nights I've been in the bedroom by 9.. the first night I just laid there.. dead... and soon feel asleep.. last night.... I laid there for a little while... and decided.. what the heck? and started doing the stretching routines that I came up with last year...

Now... please... don't laugh at me, or scoff at me... or call me loonie, okay? But here I am... Wednesday.. and I'm still a bit stiff... but as horrible as I felt for those 17 days... as bad as I felt yesterday with the stuffed ears and the headache.... I feel WONDERFUL today! My muscles are quite a bit looser/relaxed than they have been... I'm just feeling soooo much better...

Now.. here comes the plug... If I'd been through that same period of time, that short on sleep, that stressed out, and NOT been on good thyroid and adrenal..... I would not be feeling this 'normal' today... I KNOW that for a fact!!!

When I think of allll the years that I felt so miserable on synthetics AND underdosed.... I want to scream.... If you have the meds correct.. the supplements correct.. the body can recover... and it doesn't take forever... like it used to...

No... I'm not perfect... don't get me wrong.. but I didn't lose near as much through this sleep deprivation that I would have a three years ago on no meds....

I'll be heading to the bedroom at 8:30 tonight.... just an hour and I half of slow, gently, relaxing stretching... while I watch tv... and relax.....

Hey.. even my funky legs don't hurt today!!!

heheheheh
