Guest guest Posted September 14, 2004 Report Share Posted September 14, 2004 Just wanted to see how many of you who were pre-menopausal before chemo actually went into menopause during or after chemo. Because I have estrogen and progestrone receptive cancer, they are hoping at age 45 the AC and Taxol will allow me to proceed with menopause. Started AC on 7/6, every other week. Got July's period and they said I wouldn't get August's - well I did 9 days late, but full 5 day cycle. Although I have been experiencing those "night" sweats at times, even with the air conditioning on, do you think I could be beginning to get into menopause phase?
