I did good though, went back for my 1st weigh-in last night and had lost .75 of a pound. I'll take it and be happy with it. Had to do a MAJOR DELETE job on my messages, so am sorta out of things. Congratulations on having a loss after the Thanksgiving holiday!! I weigh in tomorrow night (Thursday), and I very much afraid that I am NOT going to have a loss to report!!!
