I saw the surgeon this afternoon 8/4. He showed me the x-rays and

pointed it all out and compared to the ones from two years ago. He

thinks the " spots " do not look much bigger than before, however they

are much clearer. He told me that if it was cancer (and then said

about three times " I am not saying it is " ) that is was very slow

growing. But he said he was not a radiologist and that when a

radiologist told him that something has to come out, he agrees that

it has to come out. Still, he gave me three options. First to do

nothing and have another mammo to compare in six months or so. The

second option I cannot remember. The third was to have the

stereotactic bx, which is what I am going to do. It is scheduled for

9:30 AM 8/13...Friday the 13th!! He made me feel good. So did all

of you. Thanks.
