of any variety.

When you drink the orange juice, you are getting juice with very little

fiber content. When you eat a segment or two (or three, who can stop at

one) you are getting a fairly high fiber snack. Also the white filiments

on the segments is pectin which is providing additional fiber. The

combination of fiber and pectin slows the BG response.

When you drink the orange juice, you are getting juice with very little

fiber content. When you eat a segment or two (or three, who can stop at

one) you are getting a fairly high fiber snack. Also the white filiments

on the segments is pectin which is providing additional fiber. The
