My friend at work makes it for each party we have. It awesome! I sooooo enjoy it. I drink it all the time even at home! I know there is a low calorie way to make it but I haven't tried to that way yet. If you need a punch recipe for a party or etc. try it. It's delicious. It doesn't have a name so I call it YUMMY punch recipe! Ingredients: Two 2 liters of Sprite or off brand Sprite (Diet Sprite?) 1 packet sugar free Kool Aid (any flavor...black cherry rocks!) 1 cup sugar (Splenda? Sweet N Low? Equal? Etc?) 1 cup water 1 bag ice 1 can, normal size, pineapple juice Pour bag of ice into punch bowl. Pour pineapple juice in. Mix Kool Aid packet in one cup of water until disolved. Pour into punch bowl. Pour in Sprite. Stir well. It will foam up. It's ready to drink. IT'S DELICIOUS and cost less than 3.00 to make and it makes a lot.
