Guest guest
Are they positive dreams or more like nightmares... Positive/happy dreams are actually a good thing.. one of the first signs of my 'normalizing' was being able to sleep deep enough to have dreams and no longer having either nightmares, or more often, nothing... Guest guest
It's 30 mg. GNC had one that was 50 mg. but I thought starting out lower would be best. Are there any long term risks known for this supplement? > > The one I picked up at Vitamin World was Pregnenolone. 100 capsules > > for $10.76. Guest guest
GNC's is to high unless you know you have an adrenal insufficiency then it would be alright. I used to take two of them with no side effects. I take 6 mg a day of prednisolone, but not pregnenolone now. You might want to divide the dose in half as 30 mg is pretty high also. This is an excellent book to learn more about it. In it he descibes how less than 10 mg is best for health people.
