Guest guest
My hubby transferred over to drive for a different contractor this weekend - LOL it was one problem after another and we ended up having to make more trips to Laredo than we thought. First all the lights didn't work, then there was no permit book, then they lost the paperwork on the load, then the tire was flat on the tractor, then the fuel card didn't work....ROFL it was a mess! I'm amazed he made his first delivery on time after everything!! BUT, If he makes the money they are telling us he is supposed to make it will all have been worth it! HEY! his boss even paid ME $75.00 for cleaning out the truck for 5 hours .....LOL my hands and arms were so sore after scrubbing in there for 5 hours it was nice to actually "get" something out of it (besides sore body parts haha) I'm still not finished the carpets and upholstery still needs to be cleaned. I actually went through 4 rolls of paper towels and 2 bottles of greased lightning! It was an awful MESS!!! (and it smelled like someone died in there! ugh) I might have to fight my hubby for it though LOL he's threatening to keep it for fixing my van!! I told him he better not cuz that almost replaces what I had to spend to buy all the parts!
