Helen, welcome back (I went to Ruidoso and Cloudcroft when I was in high school and we lived in El Paso. I'm sure that both towns have grown. I remember lots of artsy stuff. I'm glad that you had such a good time.) and CONGRATULATIONS on having such a good loss while on vacation. Heck, I can't go out of town for a day without sabotaging myself.... something about old habits.... I NEED road food when I'm traveling. Its usually something like gummy bears, gummy savers, gummy worms, etc. I used to justify it by saying that they were fat free-- of course that is just ridiculous because they're loaded with sugar and calories. Ate a BIG ol' bag of trail mix (nuts, raisins, dried fruit, and m & m's) on the way home from Fun Day on Saturday. I refused to look at the label on the back of the bag, because I was sure that it would say that the bag contained 6 servings at 250 calories each! (I like to think that calories don't count when I'm traveling... especially if I don't read the label and own up to it!! LOL!) Well, I don't think I fooled my body. I swear my tushie felt bigger Saturday evening.... something about sitting too much in one day, and eating waaaaay too much. Hubby and I went for a walk yesterday and I even commented to him, as we were trudging down the road, that my butt felt bigger.... would you believe he looked?!! Yup, I then yelled at him for looking at it. Poor guy... just can't win.

(((hugs)))

Janet
