Guest guest
Hi! I am trying this again. I hit a button and my message disappered. I just heard about this group at our last funday in Sept and am so glad to meet Tops in Texas. I will eventually be in the century club when i lose my weight but have a longggggg way to go to get there. I have a question. Our club is hosting the next Kops Honor Society and I need a low-fat/low-cal recipe for a dessert. I told my chapter about one I saw online while browsing and it had whip cream and either jello mix or pudding mix and who knows what else in it. If someone has a good recipe would you please let me know. I appreciate it. Thanks!
Guest guest
OK, Andria - - Here's a good dessert recipe that is as easy as it is good: PINEAPPLE ANGEL FOOD CAKE 1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (not drained) Put both ingredients (including juice) in large bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. DO NOT add any water. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan - sprayed or not - and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Cool - - top with Fat Free Cool Whip and enjoy.
