I got it! Both raisins and PB have folate and B6. Black and navy beans

also have both, see if those also hit the spot.

That's got to be it.. I'm a nut for beans too.... I just made a big batch a few weeks ago.. I've already eaten them all, wasn't even worth freezing 'em.

I bought raisins day before yesterday for baking.. and last night I cut open the bag... Just one handful I promised myself... After the third I put the bag in the kitchen, on the counter, and gave instructions that if I came to get it I was to be shot.

I'm just gonna have to start another supplement.. my body obviously needs it.. or I would not be inhaling this stuff like I do!
