Guest guest
Marina, Now I don't know if this has to with with my thyroid, but....Yesterday I was scanning through e-mails and in the process my 1 1/2yr old grabbed a bottle of Dawn Complete dish soap. Ever use it? It doesn't want to come off. So she decided that it would be fun to squirt it on the kitchen table which dribbled onto the chair and floor. Then she thought it would be fun to stream it through the kitchen into the living room, on the coffee table and then another stream across the floor, finally ending with a huge puddle next to the computer. Have you ever tried to clean up dish soap? By the time I was done I had about 6 towels and a mop fully saturated with soap. It would not rinse out that's how much dang soap was in them. When I wash them I won't need to put laundry soap in it! Yes well I cried when she did this. I was very angry and felt hopeless because the stuff would not come up. I had to put her in the kitchen sink and spray her off just to take her clothes off! Let me tell you, I yelled so much and cried so much that the child sat in her playpen for like an hour after with no complaints. Normally she hops right out, but she knew my sanity was on it's way out. I kept trying to laugh about it, because it really is funny, but I couldn't all I could do was cry. So that's my mental malfunction story. Serena

Oh Marina, I'm so sorry. Vinegar in the water cuts the suds doesn't it? I know that I always used that when wiping oven cleaner out of an oven. Hehe, count yourself lucky. My cousin decided to check on her two year old that had become unusually quiet. He had pulled the cooking oil out from under the sink, poured the bottle out and was sliding around the kitchen floor on his shirtless belly!!! Blessings, Debbie K. Guest guest
Yup, She's only 1 1/2. She's not mature but she sure thinks she's grown and can do whatever she wants!!! Now if any one of the other kids had done this I could laugh while I was cleaning it. But with this child it's one thing after another...in a day not over time. It is funny but my floors still got soap residue on them and I can't wait to wash the towels I used to mop up most of the soap. It'll be a miracle if my washing machine doesn't bubble over! Guest guest
All the time, Marina, all the time. A couple of weeks ago, I came to the conclusion my husband didn't care about me because he forgot I wanted to stop by the market and turned to go home instead. I do stupid stuff like that all the time, especially when the thyroid is all crazy. Also, with the PCOS, I used to get really agressive. Now I am a bit better from that.
