I'm tired of the infections as well. Drinking lots is

the idea and remembering to take meds. Resting and I

Amen to that Dorene. I think back on things I have prayed for in the past, even

from the time I was a teen, and God has fullfilled all my needs and answered my

prayers, although it was always in " His " time not mine!

way the car was made in such a way that it will not hold as much as

our little hatchback. Any way kept saying he wished he had

another van.

wanting to get rid of their van. I knew they bought the van almost

new for $3.33. Good friends of their wanted to give it to them but

they wanted to pay something for it. 33:3 was their

favorite Bible verse. Well I told that I would pay him double

what they paid for it. That would have made it $6.66. (Not exactly

my favorite numbers!) Well he said I 'll tell you what I'll give it

to you. I asked him if he was serious and he said yes.

We picked it up last week Tuesday. It needed the water pump

fixed. Our next door neightbor has to move and has a bad back. He

offered to let use his air-powered tools in exchange for moving

some of the heavier furniture. put the new water pump in. We

got the plates and insurance on it Wednesday. We vacuumed it out

last night and took it for a test drive. Boy does it have pick up.

It is a full size conversion van with a full size bed in the back.

It has two built in coolers too. I am going to pack it up today. We

are going to move a loveseat tonight for a friend but then I think we

are going to hit the open road.

God answers prayers even when you don't think you are praying.

It's probably just fatigue. Fatigue and stress take a

toll. If I get too stressed my hair falls out by the

handful. As soon as stress is over it grows right

back. Strange...

I'm lucky to still have all my brothers & sisters. My

best friend lost her brother in a head-on car/semi

wreck...one or both fell asleep at the wheel...doesn't

matter which it was now.

I have memories of trips with my oldest sister

also...she took me to Benji, my first drive-in movie

and swimming at the ymca. Boy did I think girls

showering together was just way toooo wierd!

I'm sure your sis is up in Heaven having coffee with

my grandmother and my best friend's brother right now

and talking about us. lol

and I have a bit of wanderlust in us. Now we can just take

off and if we get tired hit a rest area and sleep for a while.

When we headed up to the Mackinac Bridge a couple weeks ago we left

here at 9PM. It is a 4 hour drive from here. I thought we were

going to stop at 11PM and get a room for the night. Well

didn't want to stop then so we kept on driving.

We did check on a few hotels on the way but they wanted more than

we were willing to pay. We ended up stopping to rest at a rest

area. It had a scenic overlook so we parked and tried to sleep

there. Our horn is on the turn signal lever. Every time would

move he would honk the horn. There was motorhome also parked there.

After the third time I told him we better move before they killed us

for waking them up.

I am so glad to have a bed where we can sleep. Now all we need is

a convertor so we can plug in CPAP so he won't keep me awake

with his snoring!

We spend a long weekend in Lake Orion every year for

the Girls Nationals (wrestling). We'll have to find

That would be nice. The roads should be OK by the end of March. I

stay pretty close to home in the winter time. I have been stranded

to many times to chance it when I don't have to. I will however make

a trip to KY in December if I have the money. If you know what I

mean.

That's great, my oldest sister is 55 or 56 now I think

and it's started pretty recently for her. My other

sis is in her mid-late 40's also and as far as I know

she's not having any signs yet.

Sometimes I feel so young....so young and so much in

love with my husband, it's such a new feeling for me.

I don't think in any of my other relationships I was

ever totally comfortable with my body. With I

never have to worry about sucking in my gut, or

wondering if he likes my boobs, lol. It's such a

relaxing and peaceful feeling to be able to totally be

myself.
