My brainsays it was probably a spider, because I've never hadthat reaction to any other type of bug bite. I knowthat fire ant bites will be blisters, but this is adifferent type of blister. I live in the south, IKNOW fire ant bites. Fire ant bites tend to be pussylooking, these are just like burn blisters except the
Guest guest
I wouldn't have guessed it, but I have a friend (only 50yo) who just had them. I'm sure he told you that they don't "cross over". They are always on one side of the body. So even if they do spread at least one side of your body will be free. My friend also said they are caused by stress. She had something pop up and hit her in the eye and she had them on that side of her face. I also know an older lady who got them. Her stress was planning a daughters wedding. Hope your's is a light case. Hetook one short look at them and said "shingles". Ithought shingles were supposed to hurt, but so far, they have just itched a little bit, but not much. Ihope they don't pop up anywhere else. Guest guest
They follow the distribution of a particular sheath of nerves, usually on the lower back. That's why, even though they are clustered, they still follow a line or pattern going from around the center of the back, wrapped around to the hip. This is why there is usually back pain. You are fortunate not to have the pain, unless you possibly have had numbness in your lower back, before this? Guest guest
The kitchen is the focal point in this house.. comfy chairs, foot stools, tv.. and a computer so that they can do their stuff right there... all the conveniences.. but it also means that if they sack out there no one can do anything in the kitchen or leave the house.. it wakes them up.... oh well, such is life... But thanks for the kind words.. it does help. I have fun today.. at least for me it's fun. I had a baking day.. now we have a stash in the freezer again... I did coconut meringue cookies, chocolate drop cookies WITH icing, oatmeal raisin cookies, snickerdoodles and last, but not least, chocolate pudding. I still have to ball and roll the snickerdoodles.. but everything else is done and there is a nice assortment of treats that I baked and left out to eat.. every thing else is in the freezer. This works best for me... I can have a bit of a treat when I want it without the hassle of baking a batch of something and then being tempted to pig out on it because I had to go to the effort of making it! ehehehehehe But I'm sure good and tired now.... I had to cook food and set up my mini-meals for the next couple of days and now I'm pooped! hehehehee Topper () *who can hear the chocolate pudding calling! * On Wed, 28 Jul 2004 16:25:15 -0700 (PDT) Kathy Kitzcat writes: {{{{{{{{{{{{{{{Topper}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}Sounds like you need a hug too. I'm glad that's onething I don't have to worry about here. Mom is amorning person and I'm not, but she is considerate ofmy sleep hours most of the time. I also have to agreewith you on sleeping in the bed. Or a comfortablechair in the living room/den area and certainly not inthe kitchen. That just sounds terribly uncomfortableto me, although I have fallen alseep in the kitchenchair before. It just wasn't intentional, itcertainly wasn't comfortable and I moved within about15 minutes.
