Need input on Practice Mgmt Stats

I am in the process of creating statistics tools that will assist private

practitioners with marketing and management.

Can the group give me a list of vital stats that they wish to monitor on a

regular basis?

For example numbers of referrals/week/month, referral sources, number of visits,

etc.

Your input would be greatly appreciated.
