Guest guest
LOL my stepmommy has a gazelle.....but apparently my "zero coordination" problem prevents me from really using it properly - it's pretty comical to watch me get up on that thing and attempt to make it look like I know what I'm doing! it never goes in quite the direction I "think' I'm taking it hahaha (ps....it IS fun tho! and laughter IS good for weight loss too right hahaha) Melody Moris, LeaderTOPS #TX 1454, Pleasantonhttp://www.texastops.org Re: Gazelle? A "Gazelle" is a machine that is not electrical - - it has two steps that you stand on and glide your feet back & forth like skiing, or side to side - depending on the exercise moves you want. If you go to your Internet search engine - like Google (that I use) or Yahoo - - just type in Gazelle and it will give you pictures. All of the athletic stores have them - QVC sells them - even Sears has them - - so check it out - - - - - - Clara EMAIL TEXAS-STYLE!! EMAIL TEXAS-STYLE!! Guest guest
I have a similar exerciser called an XL Glider that is a cheaper version of the Gazelle but it does the same thing... I have allot of problems with my knees but I can do the glider cause it does not put as much stress on the knees as walking does. My mother has the Gazelle and she loves it. Elaine Re: Gazelle?
