Guest guest
> Thanks Kathleen, > > Hey are you still doing the ovaltine and did you start the trampoline? > > Judy - KOPS > #OH 91, Reading You're welcome. The sales look interesting. Oh my goodness, the Ovaltine diet didn't last long. I'm one of those weird people who don't really like chocolate milk. I love Hershey Bars, but not chocolate milk. I incorporated 3 cups of milk daily into my diet, but gained weight despite a lower calorie intake. I bought a mini-trampoline, but I cannot bounce on it for long due to back problems. It is now keeping my neglected treadmill company. They faithfully sit by each other all day long. Just waiting to be used for something besides " clothes hangers " . I'm thinking of buying a bicycle to try for exercise. Thanks for remembering. How are you doing? Still drinking Ovaltine and using the mini-tramp? Guest guest
Kathleen, if you are considering getting an exercise bike and also have back trouble, I recommend you look for a recumbant bike. Your legs are extended in front of you, not up and down. And, there is a "chair-type" seat instead of the regular bicycle seat. They are specially designed to take pressure off your back. I've had mine for several years and have over 5600 miles on it. It is much more comfortable than the normal exercise bike.
