help with a quote?

Someone at one of the workshops (I can't remember if it was Kay or Salas) had a great quote about helping someone up a mountain and before ya know it you're both at the top or something like that.....

Does anyone know that quote and exactly how it goes?

I'm trying to get our Week #4 challenge done for tomorrow and this quote is halting me :(

With out looking for my notes, it was YOU CAN;T HELP SOMEONE REACH THE TOP OF THE MOUNTAIN WITHOUT GETTING THERE YOURSELF. Will look it up after while and see how it goes, but it sure is powerful.
