Helon, on this recipe, what size pudding box and what size fruit cocktail can did you use?

Thanks for the recipe, Helon. Our chapter has a salad lunch fundraiser the last Thurs. of each month, and I will take it then. Thanks for adding about peaches and vanilla - that sounds good also.

I use one, 1oz box (4 serving size) pudding to two 15oz cans of Fruit Cocktail. I've also used canned peaches & vanilla pudding.....does the same thing.
