Ya know, I heard that cramps are from a lack of potassium. I got way bad

cramps when I started the chemo, but I really boosted the banana intake:)

My cramps are gone. These were in my legs and sides, very painful!!

sure what she does for them. She has NF2 also. I think I will ask her and see

Like some of the others have said, I have tried

bananas. We used to get them before football games in

high school, to avoid cramps during the game.

Potassium is supposed to help. Now that I know others

are having the same problems, I can push my doctor on

it!

I get cramps in feet and calves and i know what cause mine : tumors in cervical

spine.
