Guest guest Posted July 3, 2003 Report Share Posted July 3, 2003 Ok, brain fog and lack of sleep has finally hit me here.....and I cannot remember for the life of me who I have told, and who I haven't....what I found out! lol So......to do it the cheating and easy way...I figured I do this in the mass quanity way and send this e-mail to everyone at the same time, and at the end, add a few comments to certain people who will know who they are when they read the whole email! I did call my lawyer this morning to see why he wanted to have me call him.....and he told me that I did great during my deposition. Which, shocked me! I figured he'd tell me that I talked too much.....which both he and his assistant kept telling me constantly this past few months to not do. Then, came what I figured. He told me that I was screwed medically. He either can't, or won't use anything from my doctor in Chicago in court.....and what he can or will only use from any of the doctor's in my area are from W/C doctors.....and they all said that I'm a liar and a malingerer. Plus, none of the tests are going to help me either as they've all came back normal. The only test that didn't come back normal was the thermography and the clinical testing done in Chicago. Just my luck huh? So, unless I get some kind of miracle on July 21st from the Pain Clinic I'm going to in Omaha, NE, which is a whole 7 days before I go to court......I am totally screwed over. I think that he's hoping that they'll give him an offer and that I'll settle out of court instead......and I don't know if I will or not. Heck....what can I do if I don't have anything to back me medically wise? I know that the x-rays, MRI's and Bone scans don't always show RSD...and that they are only 55 percent accurate in showing it....but, without proof from a doctor on my side.....I'm screwed. If I had a printer....well, a computer that a printer would actually work on anyways, cause I have a printer, without a disk, and I have the computer of course...without a port to connect the stupid printer to if I had the darn disk to set up the printer......I could get my proof! I just can't wait till all of this crap is over!!!! I may just settle this out of court to get it all done and over with and get the stress out of my life!
