Guest guest Posted October 21, 2006 Report Share Posted October 21, 2006 Dear All There are few interesting features that need to be accounted for when discussing about the MSM that escape notice when MSM and its relation to HIV/AIDS. 1. the incidence of men having sex with men in rural context is much higher than than previously thought. The sad part is rural homosexuality is not explored /less explored. 2. Bisexual behavior and bisexuality as a seperate identity has not yet been mainstreamed in India . While there are debates at a much basic level of terms and defnitions it may be worthwhile to look at these issues purely from the basis of operationalisation of Anti HIV/AIDS campaign.
