Melinda Gates Foundation is implementing projects to scale up HIV/AIDS

Prevention in India. Currently following opportunities exist for talented and

committed candidates who are seeking meaningful and challenging assignments and

who wish to make an impact in the fight against HIV/AIDS in India.

(1) Position: HR Manager

Profile:

Post Graduate/MBA or relevant degree in HR with Excellent communication,

interpersonal and crisis management skills. At least 6-8 years of hands on HR

experience at the senior management level preferably in the Development

Sector. Position is based in Bangalore.

Job Profile:

The incumbent would be involved in providing complete HR support to the

organization.

- Formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

- Compensation and performance management,

- Training & Development,

- Manpower planning, Recruitment, induction, mentoring and

organizational development activities.

(2) Position: Administrator

Profile:

Post Graduate/MBA or relevant degree in Business Administration with

Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills. At least 10-12years

of hands on experience at the senior management level in the areas of

Administration, preferably in the Development Sector. Knowledge of computer

skills and regional language is a must. Position is based in Bangalore.

Job Profile:

The incumbent would be Responsible for providing complete Administrative Support

to the growing organizational needs in the areas of building & premises, set

ups, house keeping, travel and logistics, Insurance and procurement.
