Studies on HIV vulnerability and disasters like Tsunami

Dear Forum Members,

Are there studies done to learn how vulnerable people are especially women and

children during the disasters like Tsunami? It is very important to understand

the degree of vulnerability to HIV in various disaster situations since many

factors are contributing to the vulnerability.

Kindly give me the reference of such studies. Such studies would be useful in

understanding the behavioural pattern and addressing the issues related to sex

and sexuality so that the vulnerability of women and adolescents could be

addressed considerably.
