Guest guest
Whuupps!! You're right, the packages says 6 g of carb 2 of which is insoluble fiber. Gosh darn it. They are 4 g of useable carb per slice. 65% of the cracker is the hull of wheat. (bran) Re: Today's food > Actually, I think these crackers have 6 carbs each. Guest guest
I had a colonoscopy in December and I was given a general anesthesia. That PhosoSoda is the worst!! I prepped on Thursday, procedure on Friday, prepped again on Monday for my colon surgery on Tuesday. Don't want to do that any time soon. in CA Re: Today's food I have to get a colonoscopy this year...am psyching myself up for it...it is the one thing I swore I would never do, but of course, the time has come...Dear Joya: My mom had one a year or so ago, she was VERY anxious about it too. Her mom died of colon cancer so it was a definate MUST do. She told me they drugged her up so well that the experience was not even close to being as scary or painful as THINKING about it. You can do it Joya....You have too! Squeezes,

Guest guest
Joya, I had a colonoscopy last July - my Dad had colon cancer. The prep was much worse than the actual procedure - like drinking the Dead Sea in 1 hour. Yetch. But I got even - the Dr I work for, who is also my pmd, had his the following week. Kept him wondering for 6 days before I admitted it was no big deal. It turned out they found a pre-cancerous lesion up in there, which they removed. Good thing I had the exam. And the other benefit is: I never slept so well in my life as I did that night!
