Greetings from Positive Lives Foundation (PLF).

Positive Lives Foundation (PLF) is a non-profit, non-governmental Community

Based Organization of, for and by People Living with HIV/AIDS in Goa. It was

formed by small group of dedicated and experience people living with HIV/AIDS

from Goa in 23rd may 2002, with a vision. (Under Society Registered). We are

based in Panaji city and have been working in the entire state of Goa for the

past four and half years. Our activities includes Awareness, Prevention programs

on HIV/AIDS, Care & Support, Counselling, Training, Education, Community

Mobalization, Networking and Advocacy.

The membership of PLF is open to all people living with HIV/AIDS in Goa,

presently we have 847 members who are living with HIV/AIDS. The objectives of

PLF are to provide a voice for HIV positive people, increasing the level of

visibility of the epidemic for PLHA and the general community in Goa.

The mission of PLF is to promote a sense of belonging & render necessary care

and support services to PLHA across the state and enable them to improve their

overall quality of lives in particular and society in general.

Positive Lives Foundation (PLF) is supported by Goa State AIDS Society for

April-2006 - March-2007 for Drop-In-Centre in North Goa.

The Positive Lives Foundation (PLF) Invite applications for immediate

appointment Required 1. Accountant cum Office Assistance, B.com / M. Com.

Gradaute with 1-2 years experience computer knowledge must, and good

documentation Skills etc.

Office Asisstant / Accountant -01 Nos

Out Reach Workers -01 Nos,

Office Assistant cum Accountant

Salary: Rs 5000 per month

Location: North Goa

The Accountant is responsible for the financial arrangements of the project.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

• Degree in B COM / M.COM

• Minimum 1- 2 years experience in maintaining double accounts system

• Knowledge in Tally as well as MS Office Programs etc

• Fluent in English

Outreach Worker

Salary: Rs 5000 per month

Location: North Goa

The Outreach Worker is responsible for individual project activities.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience required:

• Minimum school education is 10 + 2 years

• Experience in working on HIV/AIDS projects for at least 2 years

• Good Communication Skills

HIV positive status is preferred.
