Guest guest
Hi all, My name is Hope I live in va, I am 36 yrs old. I found out in April of 2004. After 4 of 5 yrs of dealing with pain that I have Fibromyalgia. That on top of other health problems. I also have Homocystinuria. I also had a older sister who died of Lupus before I was born. I am happy to say I have found a doctor who is taking my pains seriously now. I have numbness in my left foot in the two last toes that never goes away. I would like to know of any foods that I need to stay away from? I hear that if you have had mono that you are more likely to get Fibromyalgia is that true? I have mono again like I had in college and I keep getting it back no matter what my doctor does. I have no children but I have 4 step children. I married a man 15 yrs older than me. So I am a grandmother of 3 now. I try to exercise but at times I hurt to much I know I need to do more. I try to walk but my whole foot will go numb. Sorry I was so long Hope
