Good morning all, hope your 4th was great! I was in charge of a breakfast for

150 people and it

went over great! I was so good, no pancakes or bacon for me, I just ate fruit

and scrambled eggs.

I didn't even smell the doughnuts or muffins! LOL

Just wanted to gloat a bit.............=) I was so excited to be down another

2.4 today at weigh

in! That makes a total of 14.6 for me! This is week 8 and I'm leaving town

next Tues. I will be

gone for about 3 weeks total, but I've already located a WW location so I can

continue going. I

cannot do this on my own at home. I have to be accountable to someone. Its

makes me more

conscientious about what I eat when I know that I have be weighed by someone

else. I hope it's ok

that I'm in this group and not doing it at home.

I feel like I have learned so much this time around. It hasn't been such a

drudgery as it has in

the past. I don't know what's different, but I know it's working.

I hope to post again before I leave next week, I enjoy reading all the questions

and posts.

BTW, , thank you for all you are doing to make this possible. If you are

still doing awards,

I would love to receive them also. AND, when you come to San , it would

be fun to meet for

lunch or something! =) That goes for any of you others too!
