Hi everyone, news, news, news. the 2003 RSD Retreat will be held on

July 26th and 27th, 2003, Saturday and Sunday on my home property. It

is NOT in my house. Everything will be done outside just as it was at

the Water park. Prices of all of our parks are outrageous this year.

I have plenty of room so am saving that cost that can be used for

other things, like food!. Not that there was ever a lack of food at

the Retreats. Just the opposite. A big difference in this Retreat is

a new concept for the Retreat. It is being called CHRISTMAS IN JULY

RSD RETREAT. the whole theme will be a Christmas theme. Tickets will

be $12.00 with kids under 16 free. At the retreat we all will also be

having a gift exchange. You will need to bring a gift around $10.00

for exchange. Now that is not mandatory and if you would like me to

get that for you I will get it thru my gift donations from the

businesses that donate. And just tell me personally if you would like

me to help with the present. It will all be completely private. And

if it one thing we all know about each other without being silent

about it, is how awful all of our finances became because of RSD. I

lost my home and all of our money, so I am tapped out too. But if i

work hard and long enough, lol, I always do, I will have plenty of

gifts you can put your name on. The only thing is that whichever

package you pick from the ones i have to pick from, will already be

wrapped. But i promise it is at least a $10.00 gift, I will have tags

there so you can put your name on the package.Then all that can bring

a gift, please bring it already wrapped with a nametag on it of your

name.

There will be some great surprises from previous years and a

wonderful, magical, Christmas in July time. I will have some new

clowns and this time, plenty of Kareoke!!! Yahooo!!!! It seems there

are going to be quite a lot more people adding themselves to the

Retreat and this is so great!!! And everyone else remember, the RSD

Retreat is for all rsders and their families as well as their

caretaker. I will be starting to collect the money for the tickets.

that way, starting from January until July gives all plenty of time

to be able to save the money. Also the new RSD Retreat has begun

being made!!!! OMG, it is soooo beautiful. As all the people from the

past retreats know that we have someone donate their time and

materials to make a RSD Quilt with everyone's name and city and State

put on the Quilt. So, I am now starting to take those names and

cities and States. The Quilt will be raffled off on Sunday at the

Retreat. As well as other items that there will be rafled off. And

again, t-shirts, hats and bumper stickers will also be available.

More details of everything will be coming over the next few months a

well as some of the surprises I am in the process of closing the

deals. And anyone that might be intersted in Quilting the 2004 Quilt,

please let me know. i start my planning the first of September, right

after the retreats. So I have already been working for a few months

on all of this. Al the new info will also be on my website at

www.rsdretreat.com. also when yu go there please sign the GuestBook

and make sure you look at each page. About 10 pages in all, at least.

When you do send your money for the Ticket, I will then send you a

ticket back. Put it safe, so you dont lose it or forget you have it.

Again, I will be giving my suggestions of motels and restaurants and

trains and buses and planes. Last year we had people from California

all the way to New york and all of the States inbetween. Everyone is

welcome. There is no pressure at this Retreat. i started doing this

after deciding it was time for rsders to meet other rsders in a calm,

easy going, fun atmosphere as a great big picnic. My goal was to at

least have 2 people meet that have never met another rsder before.

And boy that goal has been met over and over. I know that there are

meetings and symposiums about rsd and all of those are great and we

are very blessed by them. But there is no one else that just throws a

party for all to have a great big fun had by all. Please try to calm,

ask anyone that has been to them, they will tell you how much fun it

is. And with this Christmas twist will make for an intersting retreat

but oh the fun we will have. Any questions please email me at
