Dear Fourm,

This is not the question of arguement it is the fact what is

happening in chennai.

Because we have come accross lot PLHAs who has been humiliated in such a way

where they are intrested to go back to Tambram but, they have no choice they

still go there and face these humilation from these centre's.

As Mr.Prashant from INP+ gave the prsentation of service given by

them, as his presentation the total no of counselors is 12 in numbers but in a

day the in flow of the clients is more then 600 from all over the states and

neighbouring states. Let us think praticaly how will be posible to counsel with

the number of counselors posted there. also some of our clients are not

intrested to go to network group at all.

The network group has to creat a policy among them to fullfill the need of

PLHAs.

secondly the quality of service to be concidred in GOVT sectors,in

all accept,Bcoz majority of IP clients from GHTM are not happy and

not taking the food provided by GHTM bcoz of the qulaty given is very poor, why

can't we support the PLHAs to run a canteen in the campus and why can't INP+

support and think in this regards.

It is not my personelview it is the fact what is happning.

Next comes the ART ,to be monitred while starting the clients ,bcoz

it has been started to many of the clients where there is no proper

nutrition support,bcoz the survival is the main problem to many of

them and the clients are suffering after taking ART with out proper

food and this will lead to more complications and also leads them to

death.

INP+ can also concider GH and KMC where the service can be improved in these

hospitals too.
