I just wanted to pipe in that there are doctors who explicitly specialize in recurrent pregnancy loss. I know this because the RE that's done my surgery for AS actually specializes in this and is considered one of the best. (When I called to make my initial appointment, the first question the receptionist asked me, before asking my name even, was " how many miscarriages have you had?
