This past year has been a whirlwind...a kaleidoscope of emotions, energy

fluxes, panic attacks, heart palpitations, extreme loss of muscle, night time

seizures, and trouble catching my breath. And today as I sit here, though my

legs are weak, sometimes tired, and have intermittent tingling of fingers, I

feel that I am either in the great eye of a storm or out of the darkness. I

pray I am out of the darkness.

Armour, followed by HC was a major life changer for me. I cannot believe

what a difference it made. For the first time, I feel like I AM going to make

it through this, I am going to get more energy, I am going to be able to

function somewhat normally. Downside of HC for me were initial thyroid storms,

yeast infections and weight gain. Upside was stabilization of temps and

renewed life and strength as well as the return of my sense of humor.

For those of you who are new...keep the faith, keep searching for answers,

keep asking questions. It will get better.

I used to laugh at people who said some of their best friends are those they

met on the Internet. I know I found my Guardian Angels here and that I

would be dead today without their help.

Shout outs of love to you all during this pre holiday season. I have moved

and was without Internet service for two weeks...so I have missed a lot.

Hi Val sorry to hear you sick you don't think you have Bronchitis do you I hope

Definitely keep an eye on how you're feeling and keep us posted. The

Cipro has me worried. Don't like those fluoridated drugs. Maybe

some extra iodine to compensate?

I have been using my Lugol's topically as I was before 4 drops a day.

Hopefully another 2 days and I will be off it. I do nto trust Cipro

though I have used it twoice before with no problems.

Remember I took 10mg hc instead of 5 for my last dose yesterday.

Well, maybe I COULD have slept if the @ & !! phone hadn't kept ringing

through the night.

My husband is on the list of names to be called out to work if any of

the alarms go off so it was probably the security company ringing.

He slept right through it but I knew he was tired so I didn't kick him

to tell him the phone was ringing!

I have heard the comparison made about flies around

rubbish/bins/garbage/trash. If the attractor is not there then then flies go

elsewhere, ditto the

virus.

Having said that I now think I have tempted fate so I will shut up

immediately!

clears up all the rubbish out of the system, a little spring-cleaning kind of

Good Morning,I wish all this would even out for you. Is this because

you've been sick? I just started antibiotics, zithromax(z-pack)I'm

hoping I don't get any side effects.My ear and sinuses are

infected.The ear thing is normal for me.The new doc says hes going to

show me what to do so I don't get this anymore.As for you young

lady,I hope your taking care of yourself,and have a nice day off.LOL

weakenign of my immune system. Diabetes does that! But I am actually

fioghting it off rather well considering the hospitals around here aer

full of cases of pneumonia. After hearing abotu that I decided to get

the big gun antibiotics out. They are working.

I live on yogurt every day for lunch. I have never had any problems from

antibiotics except short diarrhea bouts and once in a blue moon an anal

yeast infection. Yogurt seems ot head both these off.

Mo, I do get your train of thought.I'm not good at experessing

myself on line. What I was trying to say to Val was that take it

easy, and take care of yourself its easy to catch things this time of

year.When you have your house closed up and what not,germs don't get

a chance to die.Especially when you have a winter that is off, like

to warm or cold. And being that most of us have adrenal problems,and

are on HC lowers our ability to fight things off.Thats why its

important to be carful as I said.By the way If I haven't had the time

to say it.I hope you all have a happy holiday.LOL
