Guest guest Posted May 12, 2002 Report Share Posted May 12, 2002 I stopped eating low carb a couple months back, but have since tried to get started again. I've noticed that when I'm following a low carb diet, that I don't retain water, but whenever I eat high carbs, I start retaining water. I notice it particularly in my hands, legs and feet. I've also had almost constant sinus problems, not bad, but just always have a stuffy nose, but when I'm low carbing, my nose totally clears up. Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this?
