I stopped eating low carb a couple months back, but have since tried

to get started again. I've noticed that when I'm following a low

carb diet, that I don't retain water, but whenever I eat high carbs,

I start retaining water. I notice it particularly in my hands, legs

and feet.

I've also had almost constant sinus problems, not bad, but just

always have a stuffy nose, but when I'm low carbing, my nose totally

clears up. Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this? Is

it possibly an allergy to something I'm eating, such as wheat? TIA
