You should be very happy about that. I hope that your spotting yesterday has turned into real blood again. To check your lining thickness, you need to do a simple ultrasound. When they do this, can you also ask them to see if there is a distinct triple line effect of the endometrium. If you get this too, then you are well on your way to try to get pregnant.
